 Synchronized swimming is a great sport for anyone who loves the water and is seeking fitness, teamwork and fun! Our club offers synchronized swimming programs to swimmers from age 6 to 96, beginner to advanced. Programs are offered at TCC (Canada Games Pool) and at Westsyde Pool.

What's Happening?
Congratulations...
To all our swimmers and coaches on an excellent season.
Tier 6 competed at their first Westerns. Looking forward to more great things next year from this team! Carly Helgason finished 8th in routine and 12th overall at Nationals. Way to go!

2010/11 Programs
Intro to Synchro: This program runs four times per year. Check back for dates and times.
Westsyde Recreational Team: 2 days a week
TCC Recreational Team: 2 days a week
Recreational Masters (19 & over): 1 day a week (tentative: Tuesday) at TCC
Age group teams (replacing former "Tier" system):
training 3-5 days per week at TCC
