Canada Games Pool: $40 for 8-class session

This is a Red Cross play-based "intro to synchro" class, suitable for ages 6 & up. Aquasquirts is offered in short sessions throughout the fall and winter - please check back for further dates. Classes are twice per week and 45 minutes in length. Download the Aquasquirts registration form here.

Please note: Participants must have completed Swim Kids Level 4 or equivalent, which includes being comfortable in deep water and putting head under water. Participants must bring a nose-clip.

See It, Try It... for free!

Canada Games and Westsyde Pools

Each fall we offer See It, Try It sessions. These sessions are all offered on a free, drop-in basis - a great opportunity to try out synchro! Coaches at the See It Try It sessions will recommend appropriate classes for those wishing to register. Please check back for dates on our fall 2008 See It Try It sessions. For beginners age 6 and up, you may consider AquaSquirts as an option. Please see information above. Please note: Participants must bring a nose-clip. Participants must have completed Swim Kids level or equivalent. These are not "learn to swim" classes; they are an opportunity to try synchro.
