Intro to Synchro: This program runs four times per year. Check back for dates and times. Westsyde Recreational Team: 2 days a week TCC Recreational Team: 2 days a week Recreational Masters (19 & over): 1 day a week (tentative: Tuesday) at TCC Age group teams (replacing former "Tier" system):
